Кинематический анализ выполнения старта в плавании

Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы определения биомеханических параметров выполнения стартовых движений в плавании. Выделены основные узловые положения выполнения старта, определена траектория общего центра масс. Установлены параметры горизонтального и вертикального перемещения общего центра масс тела с помощью системы видеоанализа движения спортсменов и рассчитаны вертикальные, горизонтальные и суммарные скорости и ускорения, что позволяет выявить ошибки при выполнении движения и подобрать средства и методы для коррекции техники выполнения.

The issues of determining the biomechanical parameters of the execution of starting movements in swimming are considered. The main nodal positions of the launch are highlighted, the trajectory of the common center of mass is determined. The parameters of the horizontal and vertical movement of the general center of mass of the body were determined using the system of video analysis of the movement of athletes and the vertical, horizontal and total speeds and accelerations were calculated, which makes it possible to identify errors in the performance of the movement and select means and methods for correcting the execution technique
